Mumbai Road Carriers is located at C-18 in J B Nagar, over in Uruli Devachi. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s a lot of transport activity and warehouses. It’s a dusty part of town sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with trucks and cargo all day. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s a practical space where we keep track of where things are going and who is driving what. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking schedules. The area around J B Nagar is always busy with vehicles coming in and out. We’ve been operating from this spot because it makes sense for the routes we handle. It isn't a place for suits and ties. Most of us are in work clothes, dealing with the daily grind of moving goods from one point to another. The building itself is sturdy and does the job. We don’t have a marketing team or a big front desk. It’s just a group of us who know the roads and know how to get things delivered. Sometimes the traffic around Uruli Devachi can be a headache, but we’ve learned how to work around it over the years. We keep things simple here. We don’t use big words or have long meetings. We just get the trucks loaded and out on the road every day.
