We’ve been running Mumbai Golden Transport Co out of this spot on Narshi Natha Street for quite a while now. If you know the Narangcorner area near Sakhar Bhavan, you know how busy it gets around here with all the trucks and loading. It’s a lot of work making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. We spend most of our days on the phone or checking on the vehicles. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the books and take calls. Some days are smoother than others, especially with the Mumbai traffic always being a bit of a gamble. We mostly handle local goods and help people get their stuff moved across the city or further out. It’s a tough business and the hours are long, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the docks and the markets nearby. Usually, there’s tea going and someone is always coming in with a delivery note or asking about a route. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. People just know where we are in Sakhar Bhavan and stop by when they need something shifted. It’s just us doing the daily grind, keeping the wheels turning as best as we can. It’s noisy and dusty on Narshi Natha Street, but it’s where we do our work every single day. We keep the paperwork simple and just focus on the logistics of the move.
