We are located in the Dalamal Tower, specifically at Plot No-1215/211 in Nariman Point. This is one of the more well-known business areas in the city, so there is always a lot happening around us. Multichem Specialities runs its operations from this office. It’s a tall building and getting up to the office usually means a bit of a wait for the elevators in the morning. Once you’re inside, it’s a busy environment where we deal with specialty chemicals for various clients. We don’t have a lot of space for storage here since it’s a commercial tower, so most of what we do involves the management, sales, and logistical planning side of things. It’s a far cry from a factory floor, but it’s still plenty of work. We spend our days on the phone, sending emails, and meeting with people who come by for business talks. The atmosphere is professional but we aren't stuffy about it. We just dress for the day and get through the pile of work on our desks. Nariman Point has a lot of history as a business hub, and we’ve been part of that for quite a while now. The commute can be a bit much sometimes, but being in the center of things makes it easier to stay connected with the industry. We just keep our heads down and focus on the specialty side of the trade.
