Multi Modes Transport Pvt Ltd. We are based out of Chembur at the Bhagwati Nagar Industrial Estate. The office is located in Mahinder Chamber, which is at Plot Number 619/28, right across from where the Dukes company is situated. It is a busy industrial area, so there is always the sound of trucks coming and going. The office itself at number 306 is just a regular workspace with some desks and a few computers. We spend most of our time dealing with transport schedules and talking to drivers on the phone. It can get a bit loud during the day because of the nearby factories, but we have gotten used to it over the years. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so we usually just stay upstairs once we arrive in the morning. We often have tea brought in from the stall down the road. Transport work is mostly about keeping track of where things are and making sure the paperwork is in order. Sometimes the Chembur traffic makes things difficult, but that is just part of being in this part of the city. We have been in this location for quite a while now and know most of the other people working in the industrial estate. It is a practical place to work, even if it is not very fancy to look at. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every day.
