You can find Mukand Engineers Ltd over on the first floor of the Unitech House Building. We’re in room 104, right in Kondivita Village within the M.I.D.C. area of Andheri East. Mumbai is always moving fast, and it’s no different here in our little corner of the city. Being in the M.I.D.C. section means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses, which keeps the energy up. We don't have any fancy brochures to hand out. We just focus on the engineering projects we have on our plates. It’s a practical office space, nothing too flashy. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we take the stairs to the first floor. Our zip code is Mumbai-59 for those who need it. Most of the guys here have been doing this for a long time, so we just get on with it. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or marketing. We’d rather just look at the blueprints or whatever files we have open that day. It can get noisy outside with all the traffic in Andheri, but once you’re inside Unitech House, it’s mostly just us working. We like to keep things simple and honest. If a job needs doing, we figure out a way to handle it without making a fuss. It’s just how we operate here in the village area. We just show up and put in the time like anyone else.
