We’ve been at this spot in Borivali West for a while now. Being in the Dhan Vaibhav building on Jambli Gali makes it easy for people to find us since we’re just off S.V. Road. It’s a busy area but we like it here. Most of our work involves looking at building frames and making sure everything is solid from a structural standpoint. We aren't a huge firm with fancy receptionists or anything like that. Just a few of us here at M/S. Konark Structural Engineers Pvt Ltd trying to get the calculations right so the buildings stay up. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and site reports, especially when we have several projects going on at once. We spend a lot of time visiting sites around Mumbai, but the desk work happens right here in B-404. People usually just call or drop by if they’re in the neighborhood and need someone to check a design or handle some engineering paperwork. It’s practical work. We don’t do big presentations. We just focus on the steel and concrete requirements for the local contractors. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the location is convenient for grabbing a quick snack on the way to a site visit. We've seen the area change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and do our part for the local construction scene. It's just us, working away.
