Mphasis

We are located over in Building 18, right in Flat 406 of the Fam Co-op Housing Society in Koparkhairane. If you know Navi Mumbai, you know this part of town is always busy with people coming and going. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. We’ve been here for a while now and the neighbors in the building are mostly families, so it has a quiet feel during the mornings before everything picks up. Sometimes the lift takes a bit too long, but we don't mind the wait much. Getting here isn't too bad if you're coming from the station, though the traffic near the market area can get a little stuck in the evenings. We usually just grab tea from the small stall downstairs when we need a break from the screens. It’s a practical spot for us because everything we need is basically within walking distance. We don't really do the whole big corporate office thing with glass walls and shiny lobbies. It's just a few rooms with desks and our computers. The balcony gives us a bit of a view of the other buildings around the society, which is nice when the weather is clear. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep things moving. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do here at Mphasis in this corner of Navi Mumbai.
