You can find us over in Malad West, specifically on the 10th floor of the Ijmima Complex. We are just off the Link Road, which is one of the busiest parts of Mumbai you can imagine. Our unit is 1017, and while the street below is always loud with traffic and people, it’s actually quite calm once you get up to our floor. We manage several resort properties from this office. It involves a lot of phone calls, coordinating with staff on-site, and keeping track of all the different things that can go wrong at a resort. We don't have a big, fancy setup with expensive furniture or anything like that. It is just a workspace with plenty of computers and files everywhere. Mumbai is a fast-paced city and we have to stay on our toes to keep everything moving. Sometimes it feels like we are just drowning in paperwork, but we eventually get through it all. The view from the 10th floor mostly shows the rooftops of other buildings, but it keeps us connected to the city. We’ve been based in this complex for a few years and it works well for our team. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people working hard to make sure our mountain tree resorts are being looked after properly from a distance. It’s a lot of coordination and effort.
