Motwane Private Limited

Our office is at Gyan Ghar on 14th Road in Khar West. It’s a pretty central spot, and being in Khar West means there’s always something happening nearby. Motwane Private Limited has been around for a long time, and we’ve occupied this space in Gyan Ghar through many seasons. The building has that older feel to it, which we actually quite like. It’s not one of those glass towers; it’s a place with some character. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do a lot of our thinking and planning here. The 14th Road can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, so most of us have figured out the best times to arrive or just use the local transport. On a typical day, you’ll find us responding to queries or looking over technical drawings. There is no corporate dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. Sometimes we leave the windows open to let some air in, though that means we get the city sounds too. It’s an honest workplace where we don't worry about being fancy. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. Being in a residential-commercial mix like Khar West makes the work week feel more human. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy quite well by now.
