Morrisett One Harvests is located in Mumbai, specifically at 127 Maker Chamber III in Nariman Point. Even though we are in a big office building in the city, we are focused on the harvest side of things. It’s a bit different from being out in the fields, but someone has to handle the business side of the agriculture. The office is busy with phone calls and coordination. We aren't a typical corporate firm with a thousand rules. It’s a small team and we just try to get through the daily tasks. Sometimes the traffic in Mumbai makes it hard to get to the office on time, but we make it work. We deal with a lot of data and logistics to make sure things are moving where they need to go. It can be stressful when there are delays with shipments or paperwork. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just talk about what needs to happen next. It is a practical environment where we focus on the numbers and the schedules. We don't have a big lounge or anything like that. It’s just desks and computers. We are trying to bridge the gap between the rural harvests and the urban market. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us on our toes every day. We just stay focused on the tasks and get home when we can.
