Monochem Industries

Monochem Industries is based on the 2nd floor of Mohatta Bhavan, right there in Worli Naka. Being opposite the Shah and Nahar Industrial Estate means there is always a lot of movement outside. Worli is a busy part of the city, and our office reflects that energy. It’s a bit of an older building, Mohatta Bhavan, with those high ceilings and some wear on the stairs. We have the first unit on the second floor. It’s where we handle all the administrative side of the chemical industry work we do. There are files everywhere and usually a few samples sitting on the shelves. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come in, you'll probably just see someone at a desk on the phone. It’s a practical space. We spend our days talking to suppliers and checking on batches. The noise from the street filtered through the windows is just part of the background now. We like being in Worli because it’s central, even if the traffic is a nightmare. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't do big corporate retreats or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s a steady job in a busy part of town, and that’s plenty for us. Sometimes the elevator is out, so we take the stairs. That’s just life at Worli Naka. We keep going regardless.
