Down at 26 Sarang Street, you will find our engineering shop. We go by Mohitimbas Engg. Pvt. Ltd., and we’ve been working out of this space for quite a bit. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it is all about the machinery and the work we have lined up for the day. We deal with a lot of different engineering components. Most of our day is spent measuring things, cutting metal, or fixing a machine that decided to stop working at the wrong time. It is a loud environment, but you get used to the sound of the equipment after a few days. We don't have a team of receptionists or a lobby with soft chairs. If you come by, you’ll likely see one of us with grease on our hands or a pencil behind our ear. We take our work seriously but we talk like normal people. The street outside is always moving, and we try to keep up with the pace. We handle the paperwork when we have a spare minute, but the real work happens on the shop floor. It’s a lot of physical labor and paying attention to small details that matter. We just try to do a solid job every day and make sure the parts we make are exactly what was asked for. It is a living, and we are glad to be doing it here.
