Mod-N-Modular

Our place is located in the TTC Industrial Area in Khairane, which is part of MIDC. The address is 788/1-A. Since it’s an industrial area, it’s not very quiet. There are always sounds of machines and trucks coming from the neighboring units. We work out of a plain building that’s mostly used for storage and assembly. It’s a practical space, not somewhere you’d go to see anything fancy. We’ve been based here in Navi Mumbai for a long time. The roads around here are often full of big vehicles, so getting in and out can take a while. We start our work early and usually finish by the evening. Most of our time is spent on the floor handling materials. We have a small area in the corner that we use as an office. It just has a couple of desks and a computer for the paperwork. We don't have any big slogans or marketing materials around. It’s just a straightforward workshop. It can get quite hot in the summer, so we have a few fans running all day. We know most of the people in the units nearby. We just focus on the work we have to do and try to keep things organized. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We just get on with it without making a fuss.
