Mobile Zone

You can find Mobile Zone at Santacruz West. We are located at Tribhuvan Tulsidas Chawl, Room number 22. It is a very local setup, right in the middle of a residential area. Because we are in a chawl, the atmosphere is quite different from a mall or a big commercial building. We know everyone around here, and everyone knows us. Our shop is small, but it’s where we do all our repairs and sell mobile accessories. We have cables, chargers, and covers hanging everywhere. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are inside, but we make it work. Most of our customers are people from the nearby houses who have known us for years. They come in for a quick fix or just to chat while we look at their phones. The pace here is a bit slower than the main market, which we like. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. The narrow lanes of Santacruz can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to them, but once you find us, it’s easy to remember the way. We spend a lot of time hunched over small screens and circuit boards. It requires a lot of patience and steady hands. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who take turns being at the counter and doing the actual repair work.
