Mobile Shoppe

Our little shop is right here in Kassam Hussain P Chawls on A K V Marg. It’s a busy part of the street, so there’s always someone walking by. We’ve been here at number 2 for a good amount of time. People stop in mostly to get their phones fixed or to ask about a new charger. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cluttered with all the boxes and parts lying around. We try to keep it organized, but when you have three people waiting for a screen repair, it gets hectic. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how these devices work. Most of our customers live right around the corner. They know us by name and sometimes they just stop by to say hello while they’re out doing their shopping. We don’t do anything fancy. If a phone is broken, we look at it and tell you if it can be fixed. We’ve got the basic tools and a lot of patience. Sometimes the parts take a day to arrive, and we just tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s a regular neighborhood business. We like being part of the local community here on the Marg. It’s noisy and crowded, but it’s home for the shop. We’re open most days till late. It's been like this for years and we don't plan on changing much. We just take it one customer at a time. We usually have the radio on and a cup of tea nearby.
