Mobile Point

Starting Mobile Point here in Mumbai was a big step for us. We just wanted a place where we could work on phones and help people stay connected. It’s a straightforward shop. We don’t have any fancy marketing plans or big slogans. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. The city is loud and fast, but inside the shop, we try to keep things focused. We handle all sorts of mobile devices. Sometimes the repairs are easy, other times they take all afternoon. We don’t mind the work. It’s what we know. We’ve lived in Mumbai our whole lives, so we understand how important a phone is for getting through the day. We keep the shelves stocked with the basics and a few extras. It’s not a giant warehouse, just a local spot where you get a fair deal. We like the freedom of running our own place. You meet all kinds of people in this city. Some are in a rush, others want to chat for a bit. We take it as it comes. It’s a simple life, really. We just want to do a good job so people come back next time they have a problem. That’s the goal every day we open up. The shop has been our second home for a long time. We don't have any plans to move or change how we do things, because this way works for us and for the people who rely on us.
