Mobile Point

Being in Mumbai, things are always moving, and that’s how it is for us at Mobile Point. We’re just a local spot where people come when their phones are acting up or they just need something new. We don’t have a big corporate story to tell. It’s just a shop that opened because we know a lot about mobile tech and wanted to stay busy. Every day is different. One day it’s all repairs, the next it’s people looking for covers. We keep the place tidy, but it's a working shop, so there’s usually a few tools laying around. We aren't part of some giant chain. It’s just us. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, but people always need their phones. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. It’s a simple business. We get our stock in, we help the customers, and we go home. Nothing fancy. Sometimes the rain makes things slow, but usually, it's pretty steady. We like being part of the local scene here. You get to know the faces of the people who live nearby. It’s just a regular Mumbai life for us, keeping the phones running and making sure we stay honest with everyone who walks through the door. We don't have many employees, just a couple of us who know the trade well enough to keep the lights on and the customers coming back when they need help.
