Mobile Care

Mobile Care is located on the ground floor over in Vile Parle West. It’s a convenient spot because people can just walk right in from the street. We do a lot of repairs, mostly cracked screens and batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. The shop is small and we have a workbench in the back where all the tools are kept. It’s a bit messy with tiny screws and bits of plastic everywhere, but that’s how a repair shop usually looks. Vile Parle is a busy neighborhood, so we get a lot of students and office workers coming in. We don't have any fancy marketing or a polished website. Most people find us because they live nearby or their friend told them we could fix their phone quickly. We just try to get the repairs done as fast as we can because people can’t stand being without their phones for too long. Sometimes a repair is tricky and takes more time than we thought, which can be frustrating, but we just keep at it. We aren't some big service center; we’re just a small local business. It’s a lot of work sitting under the bright lights and looking at small parts all day, but it’s okay. We enjoy the chat with the customers and the feeling of fixing something that was broken. It’s a good enough way to make a living in this city, and we are glad to be part of the community here.
