Our place is at R 952 in Rabale. It’s right in the middle of the industrial zone, which is exactly where an engineering and export firm should be. If you’ve ever been to Rabale, you know it’s mostly warehouses and factories, and our unit is no different. We deal with engineering parts and shipping them out to various places. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, both literally and with the paperwork involved in exporting goods. The office part is quite small because most of the action happens in the back or out on the loading docks. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls; it’s a practical space meant for getting work done. The trucks come and go all day, and the sound of the machinery next door is just something we live with. Some of us have been here since the company started, and we’ve seen the area grow quite a bit. It’s a gritty part of town, but it’s where things get made and moved. We don’t spend much time on flowery language or trying to impress people with big words. We just focus on making sure the orders are correct and that the shipments go out on time. It gets hot in the summer and the dust from the road is constant, but we like the honesty of the work here. It’s a straightforward business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
