Mk Ceramics

If you find yourself on S.V. Road in Malad West, you can find us tucked away in Nursing Lane. Our shop, Mk Ceramics, is in the Sham Nirmal building at number 9. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this neighborhood with all the shops and people walking around, but it is a good place to be. We have all sorts of ceramic items crammed into our space. It’s not the biggest shop in the world, so we have to be careful not to knock anything over when we are moving things around. We've been here for a good amount of time and we know a lot of the people who live in the apartments nearby. Sometimes the lane gets blocked by delivery trucks, and it can be a bit of a scramble to get things unloaded. We aren't fancy people, we just wear our work clothes and spend the day helping whoever walks through the door. Some days are very quiet and we just sit and have tea, and other days it feels like everyone in Malad wants new tiles at once. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything, we just rely on being around for a long time. It’s a bit dusty and the lighting could be better, but it’s our place and we like it. We just try to be honest about what we have and help people pick out what looks best for their bathrooms or kitchens.
