Our office is in Andheri East, right on Marol Maroshi Road. We are in Deodhar Centre, room 424. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here with all the traffic and people moving about. Mitramax Energy Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for a while now. The building is one of those typical commercial centers where everyone is just busy with their own thing. Inside our unit, it’s mostly computers, some files, and a lot of coffee. We spend our days dealing with the energy sector work, which keeps us pretty occupied from morning till evening. It’s not always glamorous, but it is what we do. The team is small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is working on. We don't have those big boardrooms or anything like that. Just a common space where we talk things out. Sometimes the internet acts up or the monsoon rain makes it hard to get to the office, but we manage. Being in Andheri makes it convenient for some things, but the noise of the road is always there in the background. We’ve gotten used to it. It’s just part of being in this part of Mumbai. We keep our operations simple. We don't really spend time on fancy slogans or marketing materials. It’s more about getting the job done and heading home. We like the local feel of the Deodhar Centre. There is always someone new in the hallway, but we stay focused on our tasks.
