Mini Transport Service

We run our transport business out of Ratna Deep Society in Kanjurmarg East. Our specific spot is C/1, and we are right near the 6th Cross. It’s a residential area, so we try to keep things as quiet as possible when we are moving our vehicles in and out. Mini Transport Service is exactly what it sounds like—we have some smaller vans and trucks that we use to help people move their belongings or transport goods across the city. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the driving and the loading. We don't have a big warehouse or a fancy dispatch center. Usually, we are just standing around the parking area or sitting in the small office space we have at C/1. The paperwork is mostly kept in old files, and our phones are always ringing with people asking for quotes or checking where their stuff is. We know the shortcuts around Kanjurmarg and the rest of the city pretty well. Sometimes the traffic makes us late, which is frustrating, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We don't make any grand promises; we just tell you when we can show up and we try our best to get the job done without breaking anything. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours on the road, but we’ve built a decent reputation around here just by being reliable and showing up when we say we will.
