Mini Punjab Grill Garden & Restaurant

This place is situated on the Thane Bhiwandi Bypass in Kalyan. We are right by the Sai Petrol Pump. It is a good spot for people traveling on the bypass or living nearby in Kalyan. Mini Punjab Grill Garden & Restaurant has a bit of an open feel to it because of the garden area. It is not a polished corporate place. We have trees and some outdoor space where people can sit when the weather is nice. When it rains, we move everyone inside, and it gets a bit cramped, but people do not seem to mind much. We deal with the highway noise and the dust every day. It is part of the location. The kitchen is fairly large because we get a lot of groups coming in. We do not use any fancy tech for ordering, just paper and pen. Our cooks have their own way of doing things, and they have been doing it for years. Sometimes a lightbulb goes out or the garden gate squeaks, and we fix it when we get a chance. It is a real place run by real people who live in the area. We are not trying to impress anyone with big words. We just provide a place to sit and eat. The bypass is always busy with trucks and cars, so we see a lot of different faces every day. It keeps things interesting for us here in Kalyan. It is just a regular business.
