Minal Engineers

You can find us in Jogeshwari East, specifically at 3, Shivdarshan Chs in Samarth Nagar. It’s a bit of a residential area around Majaswadi, which makes it feel a lot more like a community than a cold business district. Minal Engineers is a small team of people. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of middle managers walking around. It’s mostly just us working on engineering drawings and technical specs at our desks. The office is part of a housing society building, so we see our neighbors and their kids every day when we come in for work. It’s a comfortable and friendly way to work. We handle various engineering tasks, mostly focusing on the practical side of things like structural work or mechanical parts, depending on what the specific project needs. We’ve been here for a while, and we really like the slower pace of this neighborhood. It’s not as frantic as the downtown areas, but we still stay plenty busy with our projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with large blueprints and old files, but we manage to find everything eventually. We aren't looking to become some massive international company. We just want to do good engineering work and keep things simple. Most of our clients are people who have known us for a long time or found us through a simple word of mouth recommendation. It’s a straightforward business built on just showing up and getting the calculations right every single time we start a new job.
