Metro Solutions

Our office is situated in Malad East, specifically at A-104 in the Raheja Township on Rani Sati Marg. It’s a residential-commercial mix area, so it’s relatively calm compared to the main Malad station side. We call ourselves Metro Solutions. It’s a small office space, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the city. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files. The township itself is quite nice with some trees around, which makes coming to work a bit better. We mostly handle administrative things and coordinate various services from here. It’s just a handful of us working in this room. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy reception area. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is typing away on a laptop. We have our tea breaks at the small stall just outside the gates. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or talk about things. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just provide some local solutions and help people out with their paperwork or whatever they need. It’s a bit of a climb to the office if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We keep things pretty simple here. Most of our day is spent making calls or updating our records. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work life here in Raheja Township, and we’ve been here for a while now.
