Our place is over at Shivanand Plot No 223 D 41 in Sector No 2. It’s right in Thackery Nagar in Kandivli West. Mumbai 67 is a crowded area, so finding a bit of space for Metrit Chemicals Pvt Ltd took some doing. We mostly handle chemical stuff here, which means there’s a lot of storage and paperwork to keep track of. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can keep things organized. Usually, there’s a bit of a smell of industrial things around, which is just part of the job. We spend a lot of time checking containers and making sure everything is where it should be. The neighbors know us by now. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time getting in and out because the roads are narrow. We just deal with it. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything. We have some desks, some shelves, and a lot of logbooks. Life here is mostly about making sure the orders are right and the chemicals are handled properly. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. We’ve been at this address for a bit and it suits what we do. Just a plain, hardworking spot in Kandivli. We don't have many visitors, but when someone stops by, we usually have some tea ready to share.
