Mercure Hotel Guest Line

Mercure Hotel Guest Line is located at 462 Ab on Nair Road, which is right in the Juhu area of Mumbai. If you walk just a little bit, you’ll hit the beach, and you can always smell the salt in the air. The building isn't brand new, and the sea breeze can be a bit rough on the exterior paint, but we do our best to keep it looking decent. We have guests coming in for all sorts of reasons, some for work and some just to see the ocean. Juhu is a famous part of town, but Nair Road is a bit tucked away from the heaviest tourist traffic. We don't have a massive team of corporate managers; we’re just a local hotel crew trying to keep things running. The elevators are a bit slow sometimes, and the lobby isn't huge, but it’s a place to stay. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the beds are made and the rooms are clean for whoever shows up at the front desk. Mumbai is a city that never really sleeps, so there’s always someone arriving late or leaving early for a flight. We just keep the lights on and handle the check-ins manually. It’s a lot of laundry and a lot of keys, but it’s what we do here every day.
