Our place is located on the first floor of Balaji Complex, right in Kandivali West. If you come up to 102/A, that is where you will find us working on chemical supplies. It is a bit of a crowded area sometimes, but we like being here. We deal with various chemicals that local workshops and factories use for their stuff. There is always someone coming in or out with questions about a specific product or a price. We try to keep everything organized, though with all the containers and samples around, it can get a bit cluttered. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. It is just a practical space where we can talk to our customers and manage the inventory. Most of us have been working with chemicals for quite a while, so we have a good handle on what people are looking for. The fans are usually running all day to keep the air moving. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic on the main road, but we deal with it. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff and making sure our clients get what they asked for. It is a simple operation here in Balaji Complex. We don't spend much time on websites or brochures, we just talk to people face to face. It keeps things honest and clear for everyone. Sometimes we even share a cup of tea with the regulars who have been coming to us for years.
