Medtech India Pvt Ltd is over in Navi Mumbai, specifically at Sector-4, P-40, Airoli. Airoli is a growing area, and being in Sector-4 puts us right where a lot of the action is. We have a decent-sized space here where we manage our medical technology operations. It’s not one of those high-rise offices you see in some parts of Mumbai; it’s more of a practical, industrial-style setup that works for what we do. The humidity can be a lot in the summer, but we have the fans going and we just get on with the job. Most of our day is spent coordinating shipments or talking to hospitals about their equipment needs. We aren’t really into the whole corporate culture thing; we prefer a more relaxed environment where everyone just knows what they need to do. There are plenty of small eateries around Airoli where we grab tea in the evenings, which is a nice way to end the workday. The building itself is sturdy and provides enough room for us to store what we need without feeling too cramped. We’ve been here long enough that the local delivery drivers know exactly where P-40 is, which saves a lot of time on phone calls. It’s a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way. We don't spend money on fancy brochures; we just focus on making sure our inventory is correct and ready.
