You can find Medipedic Surgicals at Tulsiani Chambers, room number 517. We are right in the middle of Nariman Point, which is a very busy part of the city. Being on the fifth floor of a big office building is quite different from having a shop on the street. Most of our work involves dealing with surgical instruments and medical supplies. It’s not a place where people just walk in off the street. Usually, we are busy talking to hospitals or arranging for deliveries to different clinics. The office is often full of boxes and samples of various medical tools. It’s a small, dedicated team of us here. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate decor. Our desks are usually covered in paperwork and invoices. The building itself is always humming with people from all kinds of businesses. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the Mumbai traffic, but once we’re in, we just get to work. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. We know the suppliers and we know what the doctors are looking for. We don't do a lot of shouting about our business. We just stay focused on getting the orders right and making sure the equipment is handled properly. It’s a quiet but busy life up here in Tulsiani Chambers. We just keep doing our bit every day.
