Medicon Surgical Technologies Pvt Ltd is located over in Kurla West, at number 203 along Mysore Road. We are also connected to the Channapatna area, which is where we manage a lot of our surgical tech work. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our inventory and handle all the orders. It’s a bit of a busy street outside, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people moving about. We’ve been working from this spot for a good while and have made it our own. Inside, you’ll find boxes of supplies and a couple of desks where we manage the logistics. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to packing up shipments. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations or corporate meetings. Instead, we focus on making sure the surgical tools and equipment are ready when someone needs them. It’s a serious business because of what we handle, but the atmosphere in the office is actually pretty relaxed. We know each other well and we just get on with it. There’s no need for big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the supplies are right and the deliveries are on time. That’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work fine for us.
