Medico Surgical Clinic & Hospital

We are located on L B Shastri Road, right across from Sarvodaya Hospital in Ghatkopar West. It’s a busy area for medical stuff, so there’s always people walking around looking for one clinic or another. Our building isn't the newest on the block, but it’s sturdy and we keep the surgical rooms very clean. That’s the most important part, really. The waiting area has some blue plastic chairs that have seen better days, but they’re easy to wipe down. Since we are right on the main road, the sound of horns and rickshaws is pretty much constant. You just learn to talk a little louder. We have a small team here, and some of us have been working together for over ten years now. We know each other's habits, like who takes their tea with too much sugar. We don't use any fancy apps to book things; it’s mostly just the big paper ledger at the front desk. Sometimes the computer acts up and we have to restart it three times, which makes the patients wait a bit longer, but they’re usually understanding. It’s a neighborhood place where we do our best with what we have. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel, just a functional hospital for the local folks in Ghatkopar. The snacks in the breakroom are usually just biscuits, but they keep us going during the long shifts and the late nights.
