You can find us at Room Number 457/5/7 on Hanuman Road in Ghatkopar West. It’s a humble little spot in the Tukaram Pawar area. We’ve been running the tempo services from here for a long time. It’s the kind of place where the phone rings and someone needs a truck moved across the city. Ghatkopar is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. The room we work out of isn't big, but it’s where all the scheduling happens. We’ve got the drivers coming in and out, picking up their notes, and heading back to their vehicles. Hanuman Road can be a real nightmare for traffic, so we spend a lot of time planning the best routes to avoid the worst of it. It’s honest work. There’s a lot of sweat involved, especially in the summer months when the sun hits the road hard. We don't use any fancy tracking software that costs a fortune; we just know our drivers and we know the roads. Most of our days are spent making sure the tempos are fueled up and ready to go. People in the area know us by name. We aren't some big multinational corporation with a fleet of thousands. We’re just a local service trying to make sure goods get to where they’re supposed to go. It’s a simple life, focused on the next delivery and the next trip. If a truck breaks down, we go and fix it. That's just our day.
