Sometimes the traffic in Mazgaon makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but that's just part of being in this part of town. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the way things move around here. Our staff knows these tools inside and out, mostly from years of just handling them every single day. We don't do much in the way of advertising; usually, people hear about us from others in the medical field who know we’re tucked away here in Koper Gaon. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just focus on the gear and getting it where it needs to go.
