Our place is Nidhi Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. and we are at A-57 in the Royal Industrial Estate. This is on Naigaum X Road in Wadala West. Working in an industrial estate is a bit different than a regular office. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks loading up outside. We deal with surgical instruments and supplies for hospitals. Most of our space is taken up by big metal shelves and boxes waiting to be shipped. It is a very functional environment. We have been at this location for a long time. The office is just a small partitioned area where we do the billing and phone calls. We don't have a polished showroom for people to visit. If someone comes by, they usually just walk into the warehouse area. We spend a lot of our day counting inventory and making sure the right tools are being packed. The team here is small, and we have worked together for years. We usually have our tea breaks out by the loading dock. Naigaum X Road can be a mess during the monsoon, but we manage. We do not use any fancy marketing language. We just provide the surgical tools that surgeons need. It is straightforward work. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure they get to the hospitals on time. That is pretty much all there is to it.
