We are located at Number 14 in the Ajay Shopping Center on T. H. Kataria Road. Matunga West is a lively neighborhood, and being in a shopping center means we see a lot of foot traffic. Nisarg Nirman Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. is basically a small shop and office combined. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so many samples and product bags sitting around. We don't have a professional decorator. We just put up some shelves where they fit and started working. There is a small stool behind the counter where I sit and do the billing. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops come in to chat or borrow a pen. It’s that kind of place. We aren't trying to be a massive corporation with a glass building. We just want to get the agro products to the people who need them. The traffic on Kataria Road is usually quite loud, so we have to speak up sometimes. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or a team of people in suits. It’s just us in our regular clothes, dealing with the heat and the paperwork. We keep a small fridge for cold water and that’s about it for luxuries. If you’re in Matunga, you can’t miss the shopping center. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where we are. It’s simple work and it keeps us occupied.
