Matrix Telecom Solutions

Matrix Telecom Solutions is based in Ghatkopar East at the Annapurna Industrial Estate, specifically in unit B 5. It’s a typical industrial area where everyone is busy with their own thing, and we fit right in with our stacks of cables and phone equipment. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we have everything organized so we can find what we need quickly. We spend a lot of time testing wires and making sure different systems are talking to each other correctly. It can be frustrating when something doesn't work, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know where the common problems are. The estate is a bit old, so the stairs are narrow and the hallways can be dark, but unit B 5 is where we spend our ten-hour days. We aren't a big tech company with a glass building; we are just local workers who understand how to get phones and networks running. We have a small kettle in the back for making coffee, which is basically what keeps us going during the long afternoons. Most of our customers are other businesses in the Ghatkopar area who know they can just call us when their lines go down. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just fix the connection and move on to the next job on the list.
