Matrix Communication

Matrix Communication is located at South End Road 3 in Ghatkopar West. We spend most of our hours here handling whatever work comes through the door. It is not a big setup by any means. Our office sits right where the road makes a slight turn. We have been at this particular spot for a good while now. Some days are much quieter than others, which gives us time to catch up on things. We mostly handle phone calls and a fair amount of paperwork throughout the day. The place gets a bit noisy during the evening rush when people are heading home. These walls could probably use some new paint, but we just haven't found the time to do it. Usually, there are only two or three of us working in the front. We keep all the equipment and spare parts in the back room. It is organized enough so we don't lose things, which is what matters. You won't find any fancy lounge or a coffee machine here. Just some sturdy chairs and a few old wooden desks. We talk to whoever walks in looking for some help. Most of the people who come by live nearby in Ghatkopar. We know the guy who runs the tea stall down the lane. It is a very basic operation. We don't do any big ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past.
