Matrix Cellular Services Pvt Ltd is located in Mahalaxmi, Paldi, in units 604 and 605. We are on one of the upper floors of the building. It’s more of an office than a retail shop. We deal with cellular connections and various mobile services for people and some small companies too. The office has a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets because there is so much paperwork involved with phone connections. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea several times a day. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy streets of Paldi below. Sometimes the elevator is broken, and we have to walk up the stairs, which is quite a workout. We have a few people working here who handle the phone calls and the billing issues. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We just take things as they come. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, so we know their histories and what they need. We don't really do any big promotions or anything like that. We just stay busy with the work that comes in. The office stays open until six, and then we all head home. It’s a pretty standard routine, and we’ve been in these same rooms for many years now. There is always a stack of mail waiting by the door every morning.
