Matharu Engineers

Matharu Engineers is our workshop located in Malad West, near Sakinaka. We are specifically at Shop No A/111, right by the old Bombay Talkies area. It’s an old-school engineering shop, so don’t expect anything polished or corporate when you walk in. There are tools everywhere, some oil on the floor, and the constant sound of metal being worked on. We’ve been here for a long time, doing repairs and making small parts for different machines and equipment. It’s just a few of us who really know our way around the old machinery. We don’t really have a big office; it’s mostly just the workspace where the actual labor happens throughout the day. People bring us things that are broken or need a very specific fix, and we do our best with what we’ve got available. Sometimes the jobs are simple and sometimes they take a few days of scratching our heads and trying different things. We’ve seen the Sakinaka area get more and more crowded with every passing year, but our little shop stays pretty much the same as it always was. We aren’t salesmen or office workers; we’re just guys who like working with our hands and fixing things that others can't. It’s a bit of a messy job, but it’s honest work that we’ve been doing for a long time. We just take one job at a time and try to get things done right.
