You’ll find us in the Yogeshwar Building on Kazi Sayyed Street. Masjid West is always a bit of a scramble with all the lorries and people moving goods. Our office is right in the middle of that. It’s a busy spot, very traditional for this kind of work. We deal with freight and moving stuff from one place to another. There’s always a lot of shouting and noise from the street below. We don’t have a fancy reception area. It’s mostly just desks, phones, and people trying to track where the trucks are. It can get dusty and the building is old, but it’s where the business happens. We’ve been here long enough that we know the rhythms of the street. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We spend most of the day on the phone or talking to drivers. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a quiet meeting. It’s a working environment through and through. We handle the papers, make sure the loads are scheduled, and keep things moving as best as we can. It’s tough work sometimes given the congestion around here, but we just get on with it. No bells or whistles, just freight. The office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full speed. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep it moving.
