Touche Impex

We have a couple of different spots that we work from these days. One is over near Vitthal Wadi and the other is situated by Mumbai Central, close to the City Centre Mall. This setup leads to a lot of traveling back and forth across the city, which is quite a task given how the traffic is in Andheri West. At Touche Impex, we mostly handle the daily tasks of import and export logistics. Our place near Tape Dhargah is where most of the actual packing and sorting of goods happens. It’s definitely not a shiny showroom; it’s a functional, busy workspace filled with boxes, rolls of tape, and packing materials. The Orchid CHS office is where we sit down to handle the more tedious paperwork and international phone calls. It can get a bit chaotic trying to manage two separate locations, but we’ve found a way to make it work for us. We don't have a big HR department or any fancy job titles here. We're just a small group of people trying to keep the shipments moving out on time. Sometimes a container gets delayed at the port or there's a confusing mix-up with the customs documents, and we end up spending the whole day on the phone trying to fix it. It’s honest, tiring work. We usually eat our lunch together at the desks while we chat about the schedule for the rest of the week. Being near the mall is handy for running quick errands.
