Our office is on the 1st floor of Ambika Terrace on 4th Clive Road. We are right in the Masjid area, which is probably one of the busiest places you could pick. At Khanna Logistics, we are constantly dealing with the chaos of the docks and the markets. You can hear the shouting of loaders and the honking of trucks from our windows all day long. It is a bit of an old building, so the stairs up to the first floor are steep. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking manifests. Logistics is mostly just making sure things are where they are supposed to be, which is harder than it sounds in this traffic. The fans are always spinning to keep the heat away while we go through piles of paperwork. We have been at this location for quite a while now. Everyone on Clive Road knows each other, and there is a certain way things get done here. It is not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It is a working office with stained desks and folders everywhere. We drink a lot of chai to keep our energy up during the long afternoons. Sometimes things go wrong with a shipment and we have to stay late to sort it out. That is just how the business goes. We stay busy because there is always something moving in Masjid. It is noisy and dusty but we have been here forever and know the ropes.
