Sonali Transport

Sonali Transport operates out of I-Ward-2, Room No. 28 in the Santosh Nagar area. It’s not a big fancy office, just a simple room where we keep the logs, the registers, and the keys. Most of the time, we aren't even sitting inside the office. We’re usually out near where the trucks are parked or on the phone trying to figure out which driver is where on the highway. Santosh Nagar is a tight area with lots of people, and managing transport from here means you have to know every shortcut and alleyway to get through. We handle a lot of moving stuff from one side of the city to the other. It’s a lot of early mornings, sometimes starting at 4 AM, getting the loads ready before the heavy traffic starts. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just about getting the goods from one place to another without too much trouble along the way. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially in the rains, or a truck gets stuck in a narrow lane, but that’s just how transport goes in this part of town. We’ve been around for a while, so the locals and other businesses know us well. We just focus on the daily trips and making sure the vehicles stay running. It’s honest work, even if it’s stressful when the phones won't stop ringing. We just take it one load at a time and keep moving. It’s just what we do here in our spot.
