Surabhi Ceramics

Surabhi Ceramics is based at No. 38/40 V. V. Chandan Street. We are on the 2nd floor in Room No. 12 of Mahasthan Bhuvan. It is right near the Municipality School, so it is easy to find if you know the landmark. We deal in ceramics, mostly tiles and such for houses and offices. Being on the second floor means we do not have a big storefront window, but we have plenty of samples inside. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but people do not seem to mind. We have been in this spot for several years now. The neighborhood is quite traditional and we like being part of it. Our room is packed with different designs and colors. It is a lot of work keeping everything organized. We are not a big chain store with a lot of employees. It is a small team here. We talk to customers about what they are looking for and show them what is available. Sometimes we have to order things in if they are not in stock. We try to be helpful without being pushy. There is no high-pressure sales stuff here. We just like ceramics and helping people find something that looks good. The building, Mahasthan Bhuvan, has a lot of history and we are just happy to be working out of it. Often we have our tea while looking out at the school across the way. It is a simple business and we plan to keep it that way.
