You can find our office at Popatlal Chambers on the second floor. We are located on Clive Road in the Danabunder area of Masjid East. It is a very busy part of the city, especially being so close to the Carnak Bridge. The building itself is an older Mumbai structure where a lot of different businesses operate. We have been here for a good number of years now. Our floor is always humming with people moving goods in and out. It is not the quietest place to spend a day, but we like being right in the middle of all the trade activity. The streets outside are usually packed with trucks and laborers moving heavy loads. Inside our space, it is mostly shelves and filing cabinets. We deal with various chemicals and pharmaceutical materials, so we have to be quite careful about how everything is stored and labeled. It is a very practical setup. There are no fancy carpets or expensive paintings here, just simple desks and the usual office equipment you find in an industrial zone. We get our daily tea from the stall downstairs and usually eat our lunch at our desks while we check through the shipping manifests. It involves a lot of paperwork and double-checking numbers. Sometimes the heavy rains make getting to the office a bit of a struggle, but that is just how life goes in this city. We just stay focused on the work.
