Masina Hospital

Located on Sant Savta Marge in Byculla East, this hospital is a well-known spot for the locals. The entrance is usually crowded with people coming and going. It’s an old place with a lot of character in the walls and the high ceilings. We have various wards spread across the grounds. It isn’t just one single block, so you have to walk outside to get to different sections sometimes. The trees provide some shade, which is nice when it gets hot. We deal with a lot of different cases every day. The nurses and doctors are always on their feet. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic in Byculla East, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We have a pharmacy on site and places for families to wait. The registration desk is usually the busiest spot. We don't use a lot of fancy tech for the waiting area, just the standard chairs and paper files in some offices. It’s a place where things have been done a certain way for years. We try to keep up with the repairs on the older buildings. It’s a big part of the community here. Most of the people who come in have been living in the area for generations. It’s just a busy, functional hospital that stays open through everything.
