You will find us on the ground floor of the First International Financial Center in G Block. That is in the Bandra Kurla Complex, or BKC as everyone calls it here in Mumbai. We are right across from the Sofitel Hotel and very near the TCG Financial Centre. BKC is a place full of glass buildings and people in suits. We sit right in the middle of all that corporate rush. Even though the name on the door is well known, we are just a bunch of people working to keep the place running every day. It is a busy area, especially during lunch when the office crowds come out. We see people having business meetings or just taking a break from their desks for an hour. The space is large, and we spend a lot of our time making sure every table is ready. Mumbai moves fast, and BKC moves even faster than the rest of the city. We try our best to keep up with that pace. It is not about being fancy for the sake of it; it is just how this part of town is. We have our routines and our daily tasks. The kitchen is always a hive of activity. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the plates and the people sitting in the chairs. It is a lot of work, but we have been doing it here for a while now. If you are navigating the traffic in Bandra East, we are a steady spot.
