Maryam Villa

Maryam Villa is located on the first floor of the Mazgaon Terrace building. The address is 27/33 and we are quite close to the Sales Tax Office here in Mumbai. Mazgaon is one of those old parts of the city that has a lot of history and the buildings reflect that. Our place isn't modern or sleek. It has high ceilings and the kind of walls that have been painted over many times. Being on the first floor means we are just above the street level, so the noise from the traffic and the people walking by is always there. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of office goers and locals moving around throughout the day. We don't have any big signs outside, so you have to look for the building number to find us. Inside, it’s a simple setup. We use the space for our daily work and it’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the things we have to store. The area around the Sales Tax Office is always crowded with people in a hurry. When it rains in Mumbai, the whole street gets messy, but we are tucked away upstairs. We've been here for a long time and we know the neighbors well. It’s not a fancy lifestyle, just the regular grind in 400010. We don't use corporate talk to describe what we do. It’s just Maryam Villa and it’s where we are every day.
