You’ll find us at D-8 and D-9 in Udyog Sadan 2, which is part of the MIDC area in Andheri East. Mumbai is a fast city, and this industrial estate is no different. There’s always someone unloading a truck or a courier zooming by on a bike. We focus on printing machines. It’s a messy business with all the ink and the rollers. If you walk into our space, you’ll see machines in various states of being put together or taken apart. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a water fountain. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We’ve been here long enough to know all the neighbors and where to get the best vada pav during the afternoon break. Our team is small, and we don’t really have many meetings. We just talk over the machines. Sometimes a print head gets clogged or a gear slips, and we spend half the day with our arms elbow-deep in grease trying to fix it. We don’t promise miracles; we just promise to fix the machine so you can get back to printing. The paperwork usually piles up on the corner desk, but we eventually get to it. We aren’t interested in being the biggest name in Mumbai. We just want to make sure the equipment we sell or service works like it’s supposed to. It’s just honest, everyday work for us.
